Jennifer is focused on day-to-day operations with expertise concentrated on problem solving, company efficiency and client relations. Serving as a liaison between the CSI clients, adjusters, and the office staff, Jennifer is instrumental in the company’s organization during catastrophes, and each catastrophe claim assignment.
As CSI’s Vice President, Jennifer is responsible for all aspects of finance, customer relations, supply-chain and more. Her experience in company operations is paramount as CSI continues to accelerate our company strategy and operational direction.
Jennifer’s leadership ability stems from an impressive background, where she rose from working onsite for CSI during catastrophic events while attending college to Vice President. That sharpened insight and authentic connection to the heart of CSI’s business continue to play an integral role in molding the company into industry’s leading independent insurance adjusting firm it is today.
She has been in and around the insurance claims business since 1995 and has built her career progressing through the ranks of the insurance industry. Graduating in 2000, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in with a major in finance from Texas State University.
