As CSI’s Claims Review Manager, Steve is responsible for adjuster training and development, file review, and acts as an information source for carrier requirements and policy interpretation.
With a history of insurance-industry experience, Steve joined the CSI team in 2019. Steve’s career began with a large property and casualty carrier after graduating from Central Michigan University in 1996. He worked as an insurance staff employee for 14 years, and held various positions including adjuster, senior claim examiner and branch manager. Until joining CSI, he worked as an independent adjuster.
Steve holds multiple state licenses and has earned the following designations: Senior Claim Law Associate, Associate in Claims, Associate in Management and Associate in Insurance Services.
