Dependent on the situation and how much notice we are given for large catastrophes, our adjusters can be deployed the same day. If advance notice of a storm is given adjusters will be placed on standby before the cat even occurs.
The type of storm, type of loss and type of policy factor into turnaround times. For larger commercial policies, it will take longer to receive a report while for a standard, residential policy, you should receive your report within 4 – 6 business days.
